Our SiteWiFi access points and the entire infrastructure behind the SiteWiFi network is incredibly robust, we're pleased to say that we experience very few problems with our network. Any problems that do occur are always rectified swiftly once we're made aware of them.

Over 90% of our enquiries tend to be user issues or software settings on the user's device. Despite the onus being on the user to be able to operate their laptop and be familiar with the process of connecting to a public hotspot, we're happy to offer expert assisstance.
